Justin Williams is a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Municipal Bankruptcy practice as well as the Civil and Commercial Litigation practice. Justin’s practice focuses on representing individuals and companies in all types of business disputes, including the representation of both creditors and debtors in complex bankruptcy proceedings, workouts, and restructurings. Justin was recently appointed to be a Chapter 11 Subchapter V Trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court Northern District of Alabama.

Justin has extensive litigation experience in and out of the courtroom and has handled a multitude of legal issues for his clients over his more than two decades of practicing law. Justin routinely counsels, represents, and defends court-appointed receivers, banks, credit unions, and municipalities and has extensive experience in acquiring and selling businesses, including distressed assets, in a wide variety of industries.
