Her practice also includes representing clients in litigation involving defense against lender liability claims, property rights and interests, title and contractual disputes, and in connection with loan modifications, commercial foreclosure and property and equipment sales, and other creditors’ rights enforcement and collection matters.

Michael S. Dove

Mike has extensive knowledge and expertise in the areas of debtor-creditor rights, bankruptcy, corporate law, agricultural law and commercial litigation. Mike’s practice has evolved into handling complex and sophisticated debtor-creditor and bankruptcy matters, representing numerous lending and financial institutions. Mike has also spoken at various seminars regarding collection and foreclosure bankruptcy issues.

Donald F. King

Don King is head of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights practice. His work primarily involves representation of debtors, creditors, and committees in Chapter 11 reorganizations, and he also represents other types of debtors and creditors, particularly businesses and institutional lenders, in all phases of the bankruptcy process including workouts. Since 1991, he has also served as a Chapter 7 Trustee in Bankruptcy for the Eastern District of Virginia.
