Douglas Pahl is a partner in the Portland office of Perkins Coie and focuses his practice on issues facing businesses, including receivership, insolvency, bankruptcy, debt restructuring, and administrative proceedings. Doug advises businesses on complex commercial litigation and reorganization issues, creditors' rights, including judicial and non-judicial foreclosure proceedings, and associated litigation. In his practice, Doug represents secured and unsecured creditors, debtors, committees, guarantors, officers and directors, asset and claim purchasers, and other constituencies in litigation, bankruptcies, receiverships, and out-of-court workouts.

Laura Day DelCotto is the founding member of DelCotto Law Group, a Kentucky based boutique firm with a focus on debtor/creditor-related legal situations. She has a broad base of experience in representation of debtors-in-possession, borrowers in distressed financial situations, secured and unsecured lenders, committees, trustees, DIP lenders, lessors and asset purchasers. Ms. DelCotto’s primary practice is in Chapter 11 commercial bankruptcy as well as state court and out-of-court debtor/creditor related litigation, negotiations and workouts.

Harris J. Koroglu

Harris J. Koroglu is a partner in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Practice Group. Harris is involved in all aspects of creditor representation in bankruptcy litigation, reorganization and liquidation, as well is in Florida assignments for the benefit of creditors (ABC’s).
